Description:

The Sabhan Workers Residence is a BOT project which was issued by Kuwait Municipality.

This development is a completely designed 40,000 m2 area for Sabhan Workers and includes and is not limited to governmental services buildings, police stations, libraries, a supermarket, restaurants, recreational gaming zones, landscaped gardens, parking areas, and mosques.

The works involved for this project includes its complete architectural and engineering design, roads design, and all infrastructure works (storm water, sanitary networks, water supply, and telephone networks.
