Dar Al-Dowailah Engineering Consultants and Construction Managers

was established in 1991 as a technical and legal extension of the Mostafa Abo Al-Azm Engineering Office (established 1961).

Dar Al-Dowailah has been working on some of the most prestigious mega projects within Kuwait, such as the complete master plan and design of the new Sabah Al-Ahmed City, the first fully designed and planned city in Kuwait. Other significant contracts include the Regional Road and the Fifth Ring Road. The awards of these projects, amongst many others – have made us one of the most highly regarded consultancy firms in Kuwait. We are an internationally growing firm.
